An accident resulting in a complete write off was made a lot easier to resolve by the * EXCELLENT TEAM* at ALBI VOLVO STE-AGATHE
On December 28, 2024,
An unfortunate accident following on an icy day resulted in wrecking my Volvo XC40 Twin Ultimate 2024.
Finally, on January 10, Desjardins insurance told me that the car was a total loss.
So my meeting with Mr. Michel Wasfi, General Manager of Albi Volvo Ste-Agathe resulted in him taking charge of my file, and he told us Mr. Lachance/Ms MacDonald don't worry about it, I won't let go of the file as long as you're not 100% satisfied.
Well believe me Michel Wasfi is not just a general manager, he is an EXCEPTIONAL PERSON true to his word, AUTHENTIC, he is a PERSEVERANT, and BOLD AS NEEDED to resolve the issue.
A WARRIOR who never gives up, as long as the goal is not achieved. I love this kind of person in a winning team.
He even had the audacity to send his sales manager Mathieu, a Friday afternoon dressed in steel boots, safety glasses plus a reflective bib and a helmet to the Port of Montreal to pick up my new Volvo EX40 Ultra Twin Sand Dune 2025 and to bring it back to Ste-Agathe-des-Monts so that I am eligible for the last day of the $4,000 provincial grant which was ending on the same day, Friday, January 31, 2025.
For all this I would like to thank all his *TEAM OF EXCELLENCE* who worked with HEART AND SOUL to carry out this mission including:

Without them, this subsidy could never have been applied to this new acquisition.
